RMA Procedure

Please fill out the Online RMA Request Form completely on our website.

1.     Simply login to your account, with your login details.

2.     Click on review previous orders.

3.     Click on the RMA link on the page for all refunds and exchanges.

4.     Fill in the form and put down the reasons for the exchange or refund.

An email is sent to you once we receive your request.

The RMA Number you have been assigned from Dream Girl are for inspection purposes only. A customer services representative will review the RMA and contact you accordingly.

Please await for an RMA approval before sending any goods. All merchandise received by Dream Girl will be inspected. All the returns will be processed contingent upon the inspection result.

Note: A restocking fee of 10% may apply on any and all merchandise returned.
