Dispatch Times

We offer both standard and express delivery services. The cut off times for Express delivery is 2pm. Any orders received after this time will be processed as express orders the following working day. Typically goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours following receipt of order and confirmed payment;For non express orders please allow 3-5 working days for your goods to be delivered. If your order is likely to take any longer, one of our customer services representatives will contact you to let you know. For multiple orders your order will be dispatched when all items of a multiple order have become available unless otherwise arranged.

Dispatch Charges

We reserve the right to change our delivery charges as and when necessary. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Delivery Addresses

Due to our new recent bank fraud prevention measures, orders placed online at www.dreamgirlhair.com will only be dispatched to the cardholders registered billing address.

Receipt of Goods

Our couriers deliver between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Dream girl values your security, therefore to safeguard this, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. It is the responsibility of the person ordering the goods to be available to sign for them at the time of delivery or, in their absence, an authorised person.

If nobody is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.

Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure we deliver the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays may sometimes occur which are out of our control. DREAM GIRL DOES NOT ACCEPT ALIABILITY FOR DELAYS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTORL.

Refunds & Returns

Dream Girl want you to be completely satisfied with all purchases made from us, therefore to ensure your complete satisfaction we offer a 14 day money back guarantee policy, however due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept any returns that have been opened or appear to be worn in anyway whatsoever. All of our products come in clear packaging making it convenient for you to colour check them without opening. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods to Dream Girl Hair please follow the notes below:

  • Please fill out the Online RMA Request Form completely on our website. Please note that goods received without an RMA may be returned back to you at your cost. For details of how to do this please see our RMA PROCESS
  • The RMA process and unwanted goods must be completed and returned to us within 14 days.
  • We will offer an exchange or refund the value of all returned items minus the original delivery charges, providing the goods are in a perfect, saleable condition and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Any goods returned to us are at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • If the goods do not reach us in a perfect unopened, saleable condition and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund Will be affected.
  • The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send them by registered post, retaining proof of postage.
  • All returns will be credited to you by the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will be actioned after the goods have been received and checked in our warehouse. Note: We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of receipt. 
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply on all merchandise returned.

Returns Refusal

Goods returned to us that do not meet our returns criteria will not be processed and you will be asked to arrange collection from our warehouse.
