1. Dream Girl New Face contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18-26. Employees of Dream Girl and participating Sponsor are not eligible. You can register online by completing the official entry form at www.dreamgirlhair.com/model. Also you should join our online communities (Facebook & Twitter) in order to participate on the contest.
2. This contest is completely FREE to join! We don't require our contestants to seek expensive 'sponsorship', nor do we ask any joining or registration fee whatsoever.
3. You must submit at least two colour photos of yourself to the registration form, one headshot and one full length body. Please make sure the pictures are of good quality and are not blurry.
4. You are the person featured in the photos or that you have the expressed consent of the person in the photos to submit them on their behalf and by submitting the photos consent to such photos being uploaded on www.dreamgirlhair.com/model. All entries become the sole property of the Dream Girl.
5. You are solely responsible for any photo that you submit. You warrant that such submission shall not infringe any third party right of whatsoever nature including without limitation in respect of property, privacy or intellectual property rights; contain an image of another person who has not provided express consent to this use; be offensive; or contain any image of any person under 18.
6. Before selecting the Finalists, the judges reserve the right to request additional photographs and/or a video taped interview of a contestant prior to the announcement of the winner to be used to narrow the selection. The judging will be conducted by a representative of the company, Dream Girl.
7. You accept that we may change these terms and conditions and the submission of your photo is deemed acceptance by you of any such changes. You should check these terms and conditions for any such changes.
8. Closing date for receipt of photograph entries to be uploaded is 31/07/2011.
10. The final selected models agree to participate in all reasonable and relevant publicity required by Dream Girl.
11. Digital images and personal details will only be held for as long as is necessary to judge the competition and selected a finalist, unless entrants have opted-in to receive further communication from Dream Girl.
12. We guarantee that we do not pass on any information given to us by our customers to other organisations. We are required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 to follow tight security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information provided to us by our customers. The personal details that you do supply are for the sole purpose of gathering information about possible collaborators within Dream Girl. Your name and e-mail address will be added to our mailing list if you register on the website or contact us with an enquiry. This list will be used from time to time to advise you of Special Offers, New Products, events etc.
